Tim is a graduate of University of Maryland with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. During his years there he did freelance work for a marketing company that eventually led to a position with Bownce.com, a social-networking site to connect high school basketball players with collegiate programs. After gaining experience of watching and evaluating high school talent he began contributing to Hardwood Hoops Central and D1 Nation as both a scout and writer. Tim also founded and operates his own basketball site, Posterize.
